In 2006, Stephanie was at a crossroads.

She quit her job and went on a three week vacation down under. When she came back, she was at a loss. What to do now? She could go back into the work force and get a similar job or she could start fresh. The opportunity to start something new was seductive. But what should she do?

She’d always had an overactive imagination and often changed the endings of stories in her head, when books didn’t end the way she thought they should. A friend convinced her to write her own stories during National Novel Writing Month.

The box that held all the wild and curious creatures in her head, exploded in a multi-hued, chaotic mass of light. Her fascination with mythology, pirates, and space has fueled strange and interesting stories that she hopes you’ll enjoy.

She lives in San Jose with her husband and two fur babies, Mina and Vlad.
